DSO Calculation with DRAFTS R1

Hi,

doas anyone help me in order to understand if R1 documents are involved in calculation of DSO and F03B16.ENBL ?

My custumer ask to me to include R1 documents (ones with open amount) in calculation of F03B16.ENBL and so for DSO calculation

Document 664021.1 says:

Answer 1. The Ending Balance (ENBL) is calculated by summing the Open Amounts (AAP) in the Accounts Receivable

Ledger Table (F03B11) minus applied receipts from F03B14. The Ending Balance is updated when the Statistics History

Update (R03B16A) is run.

but R1 open (pay status='G') are not money already collected from the customer so my custumer ask to include it in Ending Balance.
