Cross Reference - Orchestrations

Hi All,

I am unable to use cross reference.  My requirement is  getting third party values which needs to be mapped to JDE forecast types.   Thirdparty value is  "SP Forecast" it should mapped to SP in E1. 

To achieve this first I have created Business service cross reference by using P952000 with details reference type is CODE, Object Type is DOCTYPE, thrid party app as RR, third party value as SP Forecast E1 value as SP.

Then created Orchestration Cross reference with name as Code, object type is DOCTYPE and input key as SP Forecast and Output Key as SP.  After this I called service request which will creates entries in our custom tables.
