Student Activity Guide - Assign Tasks not displaying Template ID's?

Hi all,

I have been playing around with Student Activity Guides recently and am a bit confused on Assign Tasks (Campus Community -> Task Management WorkCenter). This is the batch process to assign Activity Guides to students.

Specifically, I am having trouble getting a clone of the "Fluid Registration" Activity Guide (Template ID: SCC_TM_FLD) to come up as an option on the Assign Tasks page. It seems like it does not consider it valid, even though it's an active template.

I will list the steps to reproduce to illustrate what I mean:
