Upgrade Customizations

Dear All

We are Upgrading own EBS application from 12.0.4 to 12.2.7 and we have a huge customization Forms ,Reports,Personalization  ......   If we do this Upgade what do i have to do to Copy all of our customization from the old release ?? and what if their is customization i dont know any this ablout it ??? what will automatically Upgraded i dont have to do anything and what will be lost and i have to recreate it ??
