Spouse life insurance amount cannot be greater than Employee life insurance amount (but Spouse max i

Our Life Insurance maximums are:

Employee $500k

Spouse $250k

Child $10k

How do we configure so that Spouse amount max can be up to 100% of Employee coverage amount, while still no greater than 250k?

--so if Employee has $200k, then Spouse can have up to $200k (since this is 100% of Employee's coverage)

--so if Employee as $300k, then Spouse can have up to $250k (since is the Spouse max cap)

I have been looking at the Coverage Restrictions button, but other than that do not see any where to make the Spouse's Coverage amount limitation be dependent upon the Employee's coverage amount.
