How to invoke VBC based popup applet on button click

Hello Everyone ,

We have a requirement where on click of button an Outbound Webservice is invoked . Whatever response is received from the Webservice  , it should be displayed on a VBC based pop up applet . Suppose if multiple records are received in the response , as soon as the user click on one of the records on the VBC applet , that should get updated in the database.

Please suggest some solution . We are stuck in this opening of VBC based popup applet and how to save one of the selected record on the database.
