Oracle EBS upgrade from 12.1.2 to 12.1.3 .

What are all functionality changes being offered other than Mobile app compatibility.

I have not seen any new feature being offered in 12.1.3 as compare to 12.1.2 other than mobility where iprocurement and iexpense are compatible with Mobile Apps.

If any one has the list of key functionalities change then please share.
