ASM disk stamping problem: already labelled to another ASM disk

Hi,

I am trying to stamp a new disk as ASM disk using oracleasm. GI version is 11204. I am getting the below errors:

oracle@lxmdpsdx01:/dev/mapper [+ASM1]> sudo /usr/sbin/oracleasm createdisk DATADISK1_51 /dev/mapper/mpath_lxmdpsdx01_02_07_08_db_51

Device "/dev/mapper/mpath_lxmdpsdx01_02_07_08_db_51" is already labeled for ASM disk "FRADISK1_01"

So this says the disk is already labelled as FRADISK1_01. But FRADISK1_01 is already mapped to another physical disk. See below:

oracle@lxmdpsdx01:/dev/mapper [+ASM1]> sudo /usr/sbin/oracleasm querydisk /dev/mapper/mpath_lxmdpsdx01_02_07_08_fra_01

Device "/dev/mapper/mpath_lxmdpsdx01_02_07_08_fra_01" is marked an ASM disk with the label "FRADISK1_01"
