ePerformance - Section Toolbars does not display for Performance Agreement - Manager Evaluation - Up

After the HCM9.2 PI27, PeopleTools 8.56.10 upgrade, the section tool bar buttons  - Expand, Collapse and Add Item does not display once the performance agreement is created and upon clicking the 'Update' hyperlink on the left hand navigation for a manager.

At this stage, we have noticed this happening for one document that is created after the Upgrade.

The same in flight document created before the upgrade does display these buttons.

How to populate the above toolbars?

Upon tracing, I have noted the following functions being called

Post 9.2 Upgrade

>>>>> Begin EP_MSS_SELECT_FLU.GBL.DERIVED_EP_FLU.EP_DOCUMENT_LINK.FieldChange
