Golden gate to migrate EBS R12.2 Database from AIX in in OCI oracle linux

Hello,

We are evaluating migration of approx 25TB database  from AIX  to Oracle linux 7.x .     Here are the some information

EBS Database  :    db version :  11.2.0.4

                               Application version :    R12.2.4

                               Source os   AIX 7.2

                               Target  OS  :   OCI  -  linux 7.8  ( latest available)

                                Target DB version :  12c

Database size :  25 TB

This is a huge database  .   We are trying to evaluate minimal downtime migration.      Can we use   Golden Gate to migrate   EBS database in above scenario?      If not ,  what are the other methods we can consider for minimal downtime

1)  Datapump

2)  TTS with incremental backups
