oracle management_pack enable

Hi My requirement is to enable AWR/ ADDM on the DB .  Therefore  will that correct enable control_management_pack_access  both DIAGNOSTIC+TUNING or only DIAGNOSTIC

I enabled  diagonastic pack control_management_pack_access  'DIAGNOSTIC+TUNING'

but I didn't see  whether it has been enabled or not
