Renewal Contracts are not created

Hello,

While testing Contract Renewals in Test Instance for new Organization, it found Renewal Contracts are created only for specific Org.

Independent Conditions are defined for CORPORATE, CANADA, BRAZIL and GERMANY Orgs.

But Renewal Contracts are created only for the Contracts created under CORPORATE Org.

Please help with resolving this issue.
