SLA did not hit reporting ledger

Our ledger setup like below:

Currency of primary ledger is TWD, currency of reporting ledger is USD.

User will input equipment lease based on TWD.

We already finished the SLA setup based on Doc ID: 2396463.1, no issue.

But we expect to see the transaction hit the reporting ledger in Create Accounting step but it is not showing.

Anyone know how to solve this issue?
