Serial Number status is not updating

Hi Experts, I am facing issue with the serial numbers. After issuing the item with serial number to EAM work order, status of serial number is not updating to Issue Out Of Stores.

This issue happens for some transactions. If any one help me to find the root cause for this issue will be very much helpful.
