Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi ,

I have a requirement below

when amount is negative i have to display blank row above the record as shown in below

for row1 and row3 has negative amount , i have to display empty row above negative record

please provide inputs how to achieve req in RTF template
