in Incentive Compensation - EBS (MOSC) Question

Single Salesrep having non-zero value in earning difference of his Paysheet and this is happening only one rep in the org, this issue started almost from August-2018 and till now it is continued. business expect to nullify this value but this value is coming from Oracle seeded program, Attached the Paysheet snapsheet issue snapshots and data. Can you please guide how to make earning difference as zero value.
