SQLHc Install to identify poor SQL Quarries

Hi I need to indentify poorly running SQL in the database. But Currectly we dont have AWR licences. I need to istall SQLHC

SQL Tuning Health-Check Script (SQLHC) Video (Doc ID 1455583.1)

to run this(SQLHC) need to find "SQL Id" and "hash value" from AWR. But currently we dont have it. Do any know how to get most resources to consume SQL

# sqlplus / as sysdba

SQL> START sqlhc.sql T djkbyr8vkc64h
