Installation of TFA v19.2.1 on cluster hangs after confirming Node List

After having uninstalled an earlier version of TFA (it was not functioning properly, so uninstalled rather than upgrading), root installation of current version 19.2.1 on LInux 2.6.39-400.297.9.el6uek.x86_64 hangs following confirmation of node list. Logs are not helpful (see below). Log file (following snippet of command line) shows an exit status of 1 from tfasetup.pl and what appears to be some cleanup with no other detail. There appear to be no other log files. na
