Do you need to have a shift schedule to setup Earnings Codes using the Unit/Override Rate Payment Ty
We have been asked to set up two shift differential earnings codes for a group of our non-exempt, hourly employees. We are not using the shift table or punch time and do not have plans to implement either for this request. Can we use the following setup to create the earnings codes? We are trying to minimize any manual entries for payroll. I'm new to Payroll/Time and Labor, so I thought I would ask for suggestions on how to research.
