Issue extract reposition SCN or timestamp

Hi Gurus,

I'm not able to re-position my primary extract even though while adding extract i specified the timestamp as shown below . When i see the trailfile using logdump i see changes from today not from the position timestamp(BEGIN 2019-05-06 14:39:00.000000.) .

2019-05-07T15:36:59.223-0400  INFO    OGG-00987  Oracle GoldenGate Command Interpreter for Oracle:  GGSCI command (oracle): info all.
