Unable to create Assessment template from Supplier Home

we have SLM & iSupplier enabled. I am unable to view "Create Assessment" menu from Supplier home. we want to turn on the questionnaire functionality during supplier registration. Documentation I came across talks about creating assessment template using "Supplier registration and Pre-qualification"  assessment type. however this menu is totally missing from supplier home. Are we missing any profile or setup to make this menu visible?
