glibc duplicate packages

yum update interrupted.  On retry, yum update fails with:

...

       Protected multilib versions: libgcc-4.8.5-36.0.1.el7_6.2.i686 != libgcc-4.8.5-28.0.1.el7_5.1.x86_64

Error: Protected multilib versions: glibc-2.17-260.0.15.el7_6.4.i686 != glibc-2.17-222.el7.x86_64

Error: Protected multilib versions: libstdc++-4.8.5-36.0.1.el7_6.2.i686 != libstdc++-4.8.5-28.0.1.el7_5.1.x86_64

root:~# package-cleanup --dupes

libselinux-2.5-14.1.el7.x86_64

glibc-common-2.17-260.0.15.el7_6.4.x86_64

glibc-common-2.17-222.el7.x86_64

root:~# package-cleanup --cleandupes --removenewestdupes
