SM: Runtime Metrics is not displayed

Hi Team,

Runtime Metrics information is not displayed in SM for one of our Customers. It was displaying without any issues and today we see the Managed Home Agent was down and we started the same manually. Post which we could see the Runtime Metrics is not being displayed. Please advise on what could be the cause and any permanent fix to avoid such scenario.

Application release: 9.2

Tools Release Version: 9.2.2.2

OS: Windows 2012 R2 Standard.
