Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi;

I create rule to hide CLbraRoleList field for specific user type and i make it as global rule

its work in all profiles else when i open the profile from anyFolder --> add new folder ,

the meat data CLbraRoleList still appear in folder profile

why the global rules not working on folder profile
