Is there any API is available to bring an item instance transaction history from 11i to R12?

What the best approach to bring this information from 11i to R12 in case of API 's not supported?

Oracle Installed Base Agent User -> Item Instance -> Item Instances

Query the serial number/item from Item instance form -> Transaction History (Right side of form)
