A lot of m000_ trace files, but not errors

Dears,

we applied the security patches 28810679 - 28994063 and made some recommended actions (ex. add redo log members).

Oracle version: 12.1.0.2, Windows Server 2012 R2, 64bit.

The alert log doesn't contain errors, but we have a lot of trace files sid_m000_nn, created each 15 minutes:
