OMS Agent is not being promoted on to EM Console. Heart Beat Status: OMS Respond Illegally

Hi,

My OEM version is 13.2 and I have a Two node RAC. I have successfully Deployed OMS Agent on one of the RAC Node and it had been promoted successfully and the Status is UP on EM Console, However, on the second Node, the Agent Deployment is successfully done where as the Heart Beat Status is giving problem.

[itcoradev@linux6552 bin]$ ./emctl status agent
