Inquiry on Router does not show Line / Cell

When Running P3003 in Inquiry mode, and the processing option is set to 1 for line cell active on the form, The Line Cell does not display in the primary grid nor in the detail inquiry screen.

When Running P3003 in Revise Mode, Line Cell does not display on Inquiry grid.  Both cases Processing option 1 is set to "1"
