How to restrict intercompany transfer?

Good morning, I need your help to identify what alternatives exist to control that intercompany transfers (Xe / Xi, ST / OT) can only be done in one direction, that is, if the initial transfer is done from Warehouse 1 to Warehouse 2, and later the same user Can not does it from Warehouse 2 to Warehouse 1.
