UBE Version auto printing but do not want it to print immediate

We have Print Immediate turned on in the INI.  We have a UBE version that has a specific printer defined in the versions Print Setup.  We do NOT have Print Immediate setup on the Version Detail as we do NOT want this to print immediate (but do want it to go to the printer specified).  However, this is printing immediately  -  it used to not print immediately but something has caused this to now print immediate - I've been told by our network group that they have not made any changes - but wondering if there is a way to
