How to exempt Loan Transactions from Tax Calculation if EBiz is integrated with Vertex?

At Navistar OLFM implemented.

For Tax calculation Oracle integrated with Vertex.

Business scenario is Tax need to calculate on Leases and exempt Loans transactions from Tax Calculation.

Please guide us configuration changes to do to exempt Loan Contracts from Vertex Integration.
