Actioning Confirmed Receipts via the notification doe not remove them from the worklist

Good Morning,

If my users are actioning Receipts from the confirm receipts notifications, the notifications are not disapearing from the worklist after they have been actioned. Example -

User receives a confirm receipts notification

Clicks on 'go to receipting' from within the notification

Performs the receipt

The notification remains in the worklist.

Is this correct? we have upgraded to 12.2.7and have not had this issue before. We need for the notification to not be in the users worklist once it has been actioned.

Any Ideas?
