EBS version 12.1.1 to 12.1.3 upgrade failed

Hi All,

This is to inform you that, a new requirement came from one of Oracle EBS Customer. Oracle EBS customer newly upgraded their Oracle EBS Suite application 12.1.1 to 12.1.3 with database from 11.2.0.4 to 12.1.0. Unfortunately, the database upgraded successfully but EBS application 12.1.3 RUP patch was failed on Production and later, they created number of SRs on sevt-1 and tried to resolved application issues but they have still issues in upgraded application which are in progress with SR.

Customer have still previous instance of EBS version 12.1.1 and DB version 11.2.0.4 an other servers and they want to upgrade it again with EBS 12.1.3 and DB 12.1.0, after upgrade instance to connect it’s EBS application node only to Production database node version 12.1.0 which was early upgraded.
