Export problem about "Decimal Character" and "Thousand Separator Character" for German users

Hi everyone,

We found a problem about the notations about "Decimal Character" and "Thousand Separator Character" when exporting data from FDMEE into HFM application.

We configure the preference for German users that "," used for "Decimal Character" and "." used for "Thousand Separator Character":

And we exported the data to HFM application and found that the data will become larger according to the number of decimals(if the number is 1.000.000,1 , it will become 10.000.001 after exporting to HFM application). The following screenshot are the import records of that HFM application (same data exported by different people).

Any ideas on how to solve this inconsistency? (The German conventions for "Decimal Character" and "Thousand Separator Character" cannot be changed to US-English conventions because of some other reasons)
