Forms 12.2.1.3.0: missing jar-files - optic.jar, excel.jar, start_dejvm.jar and jxl.jar

Hi all,

we have a new Froms 12.2.1.3.0 installation and I look for jar-files, that we used to  Forms 11g, but some these files are not available: optic.jar, excel.jar, start_dejvm.jar and jxl.jar

where can I find them for 12c?
