ERP JDE XE version: Modified user as terminated in P0092 updated

Dear all,

We are using ERP JDe XE version , I have terminated user in P0092 on July 2018 . Its updated in work with security history table event type 12 as modified user F0092 on that day itself(06-July-2018).

But when i have checked same user in event type 04 system administator change happens on JAN 2019.(i didn't do any changes on JAn 2019 why its updated in 04 system administator change, Could you please help me on this Query.

Could you please just explain what’s the difference between disable a user in P0092 evet type 12 in work with securuty history. and disable a user in P98OWSEC event type as 04 system administator change.
