Using BSSV WSDL to insert entries into F0911z1

Has anyone used the standard JDE WSDL (thru BSSV) to insert journal entries. there is an out of the box  WSDL to insert  records into JDE F0911z1 table. insertBatchJournalEntry

I have been trying to get this to work, (thru SOAP UI) and it does not create the Journal entry in the Journal Entry - storeforward app. it seems to create the header. when I try to access the JE lines the information

does not show any details.

this was not listed in the 9.2 documentation, however I was told by Oracle that this could be used.
