Orchestrating an empty dataset

Hello All,

We are using Orchestrator 6.1.3.0 on E1 9.2 TR 9.2.2.5.  I have a requirement to have the orchestration react to an empty dataset from a service request.  Let me describe the process, but definitely ask clarifying questions.

I want to have a notification run at 5pm every weekday.  The process is to go into P42210 and check for commitments to rollback.  First, there are two checks.  We need to know if any of the records have Quantity on Hand (QOH).  If so, we don't want to rollback until we can evaluate the effect on inventory.  A QOH record is very rare in this situation, but we do need to do the check.
