Approving multiple PO's at same time

Hi we are using 9.2.  We have a user who approves many PO's every day.  User says that in the past (a couple months ago) when approving multiple PO's at the same time, after clicking "approve", the screen would move on to the next PO automatically.  Now, the user has to click "X" after approving to close the approved PO and move to the next one awaiting approval. 

I am not able to duplicate.  I cycle through 5 PO's and never have to click OK. 

We are both approving while already being logged into JDE; not by following the link on the approval email.
