New template is not applying to Customer Statement (the old template is picked up instead)

Hi,

A new template is being used for Customer Statement however it is not being picked up - the old one is being applied instead.

Debug gives the below error:

Caused by: org.xml.sax.SAXParseException; lineNumber: 1;columnNumber: 1; <Line 1, Column 1>: XML-20108: (Fatal Error) Start of root element expected.            

at oracle.xdo.parser.v2.XMLError.flushErrorHandler(XMLError.java:441)

at oracle.xdo.parser.v2.XMLError.flushErrors1(XMLError.java:303)
