Can we get an audit history of changes done for contract

Hi Team,

Can we get an audit history of address changes made on contract header. I could see the history from below navigation query contract from authoring form - double click the contract - history.

From here I could see the only changes of statuses from Entered to active or active to QA hold. Do we have a log or history against each change recorded in history.
