FIle Server creation issue on PS Cloud Manager

Hello All,

I was trying to create FIle Server for PS Cloud Manager under "Cloud Settings" and it is showing status as 'In Progress" and it stays that way with no errors or warnings.. After a while, i was able to login to CM VM and deleted the rows as per Oracle recommendation. But when i try to create FS again, it still the same.. How to resolve this? Any and all help is appreciated!
