HMR to pull X-Genesys-User-to-User from ingress INVITE and add to egress INVITE

We are trying to manipulate the X-Genesys-User-to-User in the ingress INVITE and add to egress INVITE going to Service Provider. I am looking for HMR for this. Please help!
