need Table I/O or Table I/O written in NER

Hi...I need to write a table I/O in an application to do a fetch single on F4106.  This application has a view which is a join of there sales tables. Users normally query thousands of records at a time.  If i join or do a table i/o on F4106 ( based on ITM, MCU, CGID, EXDJ) , I am getting time out error when i do a find on the application.

I am going to write a NER with the table I/O on F4106 and call this NER from the application. So will there be any performance improvement if we use NER instead of direct table i/o?
