SR Update API

Hello,

I'm using service request update API (CS_ServiceRequest_PUB.Update_ServiceRequest ) to update summary column. It actually updates the summary column, but at the same time it is updating other columns like urgency, severity, DFF's (external-attribute_1 etc) to NULL.

Please suggest if this is bug and what is the workaround for this issue
