Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello,

Task get created automatically for an service request based on the task template associated to the service request.

Also task can be created manually for the service request.

How can we differential between automatic task and Manual task?
