How big is the difference between OTM 6.4.3 on premise and the current release of the Transportation

Hi OTM-Experts,

We are currently using OTM 6.4.2 on premise and have noticed that the current version of the OTM cloud service looks a bit different and has a few more features,

If our on premise environment is patched to 6.4.3, would it be the same software as the current OTM cloud or is there a difference?
