Planning/Essbase Smart View MSG_ADHOC_EMPTY_CELL_IS_OUT_OF_PLACE

I occasionally receive the following error when refreshing a Smart View sheet that another user has created: Member MSG_ADHOC_EMPTY_CELL_IS_OUT_OF_PLACE is out of place.  I cannot find any reference to this error.  Any ideas what may cause this.  I have been remedying the error by reconnecting the grid to the data source.
