"Chilean Payables Purchase Ledger" report not calculating the expected VAT and Other Taxes amount

Hi ,  Please advise. We are re-configuring our Chile Tax rates so that Oracle EB-Tax will dynamically calculate the applicable Tax Rates based on "Ship To" entered in the invoice line.  Previously, our users manually enter the Tax Classification Code for each invoice line subject tax.  With the re-configuration, the expected Tax amounts are calculating properly but when our users submit the Chilean Payables Purchase Ledger report, the VAT and Other Taxes Columns of the report are showing 0.   I have verified that our re-configured Tax Rates have the Tax Reporting codes.  Please advise how to solve this Chilean Payables
