I have the following SR open with PeopleSoft.  The engineer has not been able to determine the reason why our users are experiencing this problem.  I've provided them with a trace but they were unable to determine the cause.  Screen shot of error attached.  I was asked to add several weblibs but that didn't seem to help either.  Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated!
